THE STORY
A rabbi who fed the hungry, and the table that still draws pilgrims.
These precious spoons went through many tribulations during the years of wrath, when his grandchildren guarded them as the apple of their eye - without losing sight of them even for a moment, and they were kept by his grandchildren in the USA for many days and years.

Now we merit that they will be joined as refined silver into these holy coins, so that it will stand as a safeguard and memorial for the children of Israel for their generations, and fortunate is the one who merits to bring this blessing into his home, and the merit of the holy Tzaddik will stand for us and for all Israel to be saved with salvation and mercy.
B"H (With the help of Heaven)
The light of the holy Rabbi Yeshayele (may his merit protect us) shone and appeared in the village of Zborov in the year 5612 (1852), to his father R' Moshe and his mother M' Hentsha Miriam. In his youth his father passed away, and his mother sent him to the home of the holy Rabbi Tzvi Hirsch of Liska (may his merit protect us) to raise and educate him, where he became very close to the holy Rabbi of Liska until he became his attendant and great confidant and did not depart from his holy tent, and although he conducted himself with simplicity and humility, everyone recognized that he was a holy and awesome man.
After the passing of the holy Rabbi of Liska, the great ones of the generation, the holy Rabbi Mordechai of Nadvorna and the holy author of the Divrei Chaim of Sanz, crowned him with rabbinical ordination and answered 'holy' after him, and they bestowed their majesty upon him to ordain him as a shepherd of Israel, and gave him the position to lead Israel and bless them with the blessings of his mouth, to go out to his brethren and save them from all their troubles.
Since then, masses of the House of Israel began knocking on his doors, and tens of thousands of Jews flocked to him from the ends of the earth to take shelter in his holy shadow and be blessed by his pure blessings. A Tzaddik decrees to bless his nation Israel with love, and he spread his hands in prayer and supplication on behalf of those in distress, and many were saved by his prayers in wondrous ways above the ways of nature. And even the gentiles of the land who heard of his fame called him "Csodarabbi" or "Wunder-Rabbiner" (Wonder Rabbi) because of the wonders he performed, his miracles, and the judgments of his mouth.
Most famous was the power of his influence in the attribute of his loving-kindness and goodness, for he was unique in his generation in the righteousness of his charity. Even in the days of his youth he clothed the naked and married off orphans, and all his days his house was wide open like the house of our forefather Abraham, peace be upon him. The poor were members of his household, he welcomed guests with a beautiful countenance and fed them and gave them drink like princes, he considered the poor, and the paths of his righteousness are known to be great. To all Israel he shone with the pillar of acts of loving-kindness, and to this day they do and act in charity and acts of loving-kindness in memory of his pure soul.
For fifty years he sat on his holy seat in the city of Keresztúr and shone to the land and its dwellers, until his ascension to the high heavens on the 3rd of Iyar in the year 5685 (1925), and there is the hidden portion of the lawgiver. His son, the holy Rabbi Avraham (may his merit protect us) filled his place and continued his holy path, and from them the chain of loving-kindness and holiness continued to our days by his descendants who walk in his holy paths and hold the deeds of their ancestors in their hands, with deeds of charity and loving-kindness that embrace the arms of the world.
Now - towards the holy day of his passing (Yahrtzeit) - and the completion of a hundred years since his ascension to the high heavens, behold we present before you a blessing, an important and precious coin, upon which is engraved his holy image, which is known to be capable of driving away harmful forces and drawing a continuous blessing and holy abundance from the high heavens. This coin of blessing is made of pure silver, and is stamped with a royal seal and their form is maintained by the law of the kingdom.

Also melted into the pure silver of the coin are the famous 'Letter Hey' amulets used by Tzaddikim and holy ones of the Most High, and among them the Tzaddikim of the Keresztúr dynasty for their generations, to give to those taking shelter in their holy shadow as a tested and proven remedy (Segulah) for salvation and mercy, and especially to be saved with viable offspring without difficulty, and to be spared from the pain of raising children, God forbid, to merit seeing children and grandchildren engaged in Torah and Mitzvoth with great holy satisfaction, and as they used to recommend regarding this with the wording of the verse: 'Here is seed for you' (ה"א לכם זרע).
Also mixed in it, are pieces of holy and pure silver, from the holy spoon that belonged to the holy Rabbi Yeshayele (may his merit protect us), which he used at his pure table that was before God, and the Tzaddik engaged with it in the holy service of higher eating. From his spoon he distributed leftovers (Shirayim) to all the people around, and the many guests who were leaning on his table never lacked the pour, which as is known they saw by him the aspect of 'the little holding the much', that he would distribute from a small bowl to hundreds of people, enough and more.
